Consideration is given to firms with different business lines that work cohesively together to enhance their diversity efforts.

Eligibility Requirements
Are you a Diversity Leader in the industry? To be eligible for award consideration, your firm must possess current SIFMA membership and self-nominate as well as meet the following criteria:
Service
How has the nominee’s effort supported SIFMA’s diversity mission?
Does the nominee’s effort reach outside their immediate organization?
Innovation
What makes the initiative unique?
Resources
What kind of resources are required to implement the initiative?
Replication
How can this initiative scale and be replicated?
What would be required for it to work at another SIFMA member firm?
Longevity
How long has the initiative been in place? Can the initiative continue with long-term results? What is the timeframe for maintaining the initiative and where is the nominee with respect to the timeframe?
Commitment
In an evolving industry, how has the firm remained committed? Are senior leaders actively engaged in the initiatives?
Results
What is the impact of the nominee’s diversity initiative? How will the results and impact be measured? How has it changed the firm and the audience of the initiative?
