  • SIFMA Dedicated Sends – SIFMA will send an email to event registrants on the sponsor's behalf, featuring white papers or other such materials on an issue directly related to the event topic. As detailed in sponsorship tiers, the email may be an exclusive opportunity or shared among multiple sponsors. The email will direct registrants to a landing page on the sponsor's website; the landing page should collect registrant information, including name and email address, in order for the registrant to download the materials. The email will be sent within two weeks following the event date. SIFMA has the authority to reject materials or request alternatives. Materials must be provided to SIFMA no later than the event date; the sponsor will be given at least 72 hours to review the email and request edits. SIFMA holds final editorial decision making on its contents.
